Tracy Boyce, Broker Associate

When thinking about an ideal broker, what qualities are you looking for? Someone who is dedicated market savvy, loyal, confidential, and discreet? I am focused on providing my clients with the lifestyle they seek, with a level of professionalism they deserve.

I moved to Telluride Colorado from Oklahoma City 27 years ago. While only intending to stay for a season, I quickly fell in love with the area, the close-knit community, and all the amenities Telluride has to offer.

My career in Telluride began as the Manager of Great Lakes Airlines at the Telluride Regional Airport. There I managed all aspects of operating two public airlines and many employees. Coming from a family of pilots and a love for aircraft, it was a fun job and a great fit for me.

It wasn’t long after realizing Telluride was home that I obtained my real estate license and jumped right into the real estate world in 2003, working for a local developer.

In 2010 I was recruited to join Peaks Real Estate, Sotheby’s International Realty. After a few years with the brand, I was selected to join the sales team at the Madeline Hotel and Residences, which would to be a tremendous success. Since joining Sotheby’s International Realty I have been recognized as a Quarterly Best performer, selling millions in sales volume.

I have been an integral member of the Board for the Telluride Association of Realtors and served as its President and Chair of the Education Committee. I have also been recognized as Community Realtor of the Year. In 2023 I was awarded the coveted Realtor of the Year Award by my peers in the Telluride Association of Realtors. What an honor!

Volunteering my time is a huge part of what makes me feel connected to my community. I regularly serve at the Senior Luncheon, Adopt-a-Highway Cleanup, and Angel Baskets. I also enjoy donating to various organizations that are aligned with my intent to provide for others in the Telluride region: One to One Mentoring, Telluride Adaptive Sports Program, Telluride Science and Research Center, Second Chance Humane Society First Time Homebuyers Assistance Fund, Hoot Brown Scholarship Fund and more. In the summer you can find me in the incredible Town Park-turned festival grounds, enjoying live music and donating my time to Jazz Festival, the Music Makers Foundation, and the amazing Blues and Brews Festival.

When I'm not showing spectacular homes or volunteering, I can be found hiking our amazing trails in the region. While it’s hard to pick just one, Jud Wiebe Trail and 12,785 foot Ajax Peak, the backdrop for most Telluride photos, are my favorites. I absolutely love to cook and eat really good food.  The local restaurant scene in Telluride offers such a variety of top-notch options: 221 South Oak, The National, The New Sheridan Chop House, the Butcher and the Baker, and the newest addition to our town, Kazahana Sushi, are standouts.

I am so lucky to call Telluride my home. I love what I do for work! Getting to work and live where people vacation is a happy place to be. I take tremendous pride in my business and the company that I work for. I have found that Sotheby’s International Realty sets a standard that I, as well as my clients, require.
